1. Frank Guerra - President - CEO

   Born  in Innisfail Australia , Frank has been involved with Network Marketing for 30 years and achieved the highest level with his first company. Originally a farmer and interested in the benefits that come from fruits with nutrition, he was introduced to mangosteen by a friend in Australia in 1994. Frank fell in love with the taste, sensed true passion with Mangosteen and decided to do more research on it’s special qualities. Frank then found his way to Thailand in 2002; met with the management team at XANSIAM and formed a strong friendship. After careful planning Frank developed the powerful marketing plan which is the basis for Xansiam’s outstanding success.

2. Andrew MacGregor - Executive managing Director

   Andrew has over 28 valuable years in Thailand . Born in Sydney , Australia , he now also holds Thai Nationality. Owner and MD of Network Consulting International, a company that has been involved with several Networking companies in Thailand and Australia over the last 18 years, Andrew has joined the XanSiam to assist in smooth operations and strong company direction.

3. Pathikorn Yothongyos (Tony) - Executive Director: Business Development.

   Tony leads the business development team and works closely with distributors to expand the total network successfully in the long term. A graduate of Medical Science with several years of marketing experience in health care and pharmaceutical products. Many years of successful experience as Network Marketing leader with both local and international Networks.

4. Somchai Intiraworanont - Executive Director: Admin & Finance.

   Ex vice Executive Director of the Thai Chamber of Commerce & Board of Trade of Thailand. Many years of experience in PR & Advertising Management in many fields such as Automotive, Hotel & Business Association. With XanSiam he is taking good care of our Administration and Finance.
